Pre-Order Deadline is Wednesday, 12/21 by 7:00 pm

All Christmas pre-orders must be paid in full.  Orders pending payment not received by 7:00 pm on Wednesday, 12/21 will be not be honored.

Pick-Up Confirmation Numbers

Customers who place an online order will use the first 5-digits of their online order confirmation (this is located in the automated email confirmation you receive).  Click here to view an example. Please have your Confirmation Number handy on your pick-up day, it makes finding your order a lot faster!  If you place your order by phone or in person, you will receive a 4-digit confirmation number.

Changes or Cancellations to an Order

If you need to make a change or cancel an existing Christmas order, please send an email to orders@whitesbakeryandcafe.com and include the information listed below. Be sure to use the same name and contact info that was on the ORIGINAL order so we can locate it:

 

  • Customer Name

  • Phone Number & Email

  • Order Number

  • Pick-Up Date (Fri 12/23 or Sat 12/24)

  • Pick-Up Location (Brockton or Mansfield)

  • Specific details on what you are changing or canceling - see below

You will receive an email confirming your changes or cancellation.

Making a Change to an Order

  • Any changes must be received by 5:00 pm on Wednesday 12/21.  We are not able to accommodate changes after this date.  This includes changes to pick up day/time, any changes or additions to items, etc. 

  • Specific details on what you are changing - be sure to include quantities and/or sizes if applicable.  For example:

    • changing an apple pie to a pumpkin pie

    • adding 1 extra mini pastry tray

    • changing the size of a strawberry shortcake cake from a 10" to an 8"

    • changing pick-up day from Friday to Saturday or vice versa​​

  • Cake Orders - Any changes to cake orders must be made verbally no later than Monday, 12/19 before 12 noon. We are not able to accommodate changes after this date.  This includes changes in cake size, flavors, decor, writing, etc.

  • If additional money is owed due to a change, we will collect payment over the phone or you may stop in to a store to pay.  Keep in mind the change will not take effect until payment in full is received.

  • If a refund is owed, we will refund the original credit card used, or - if cash was used to pay for the order, we will issue a company check for the amount which can be picked up in store or mailed to you.

Canceling an Entire Order

  • If you would like to cancel your ENTIRE Christmas order, please specify that in your email.  If you only want to cancel part of your order, please follow the instructions above for making a change to your order.

  • Our normal cancellation policy applies to Christmas orders.

    • Any item(s) cancelled or changed with less than two days’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee on the original amount paid and a store credit will be issued for the remaining amount. No refunds will be given for last minute cancellations.

  • To avoid cancellation fees:

    • For Friday 12/23 pick-ups, orders must be canceled by 7:00 pm Wednesday 12/21

    • For Saturday 12/24 pick-ups, orders must be canceled by 7:00 pm  Thursday, 12/22

  • ​If a refund is owed, we will refund the original credit card used, or - if cash was used to pay for the order, we will issue a company check for the amount which can be picked up in store or mailed to you.

Item Availability for Christmas

  • We only accept pre-orders for the items listed on our Christmas Menu, however our stores will be fully stocked on Friday 12/23 and Saturday 12/24 with items from our pre-order menu, in addition to everything we offer on a daily basis, including:

    • Bread and rolls

    • Breakfast items such as muffins, danish, croissants, scones, loaf cakes, sour cream cakes

    • Cookies and cookie gift boxes, cupcakes, brownies, pastry, cake slices

    • Seasonal pies

    • Cakes, cheesecakes, and tortes

    • Prepared foods

  • These items are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Please feel free to give us a call to check on item availability but note that we are unable to "hold" items (even if you offer to pay in advance) on Friday or Saturday.
